Why do you require a shipping deposit to confirm the order?

To keep deliveries fast and reliable, ELDORA confirms orders after receiving a deposit equal to the shipping cost. This deposit helps us secure courier arrangements and prevents losses if an order is refused, not received, or left uncollected. The remaining balance is paid upon delivery.

Is the shipping deposit refundable?

The shipping deposit covers the courier cost that is booked for your order. If your order is cancelled before shipment is arranged, we can review your request. Once the order is shipped or a courier is dispatched, the shipping deposit is typically non-refundable.

How long does delivery take?

Will I receive a tracking number?
