🚚 Delivery Timeline

Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 4 business days. Weekends and official holidays are not counted in the delivery timeline.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email (and/or WhatsApp if provided).

🕒 Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before order preparation. Once shipping is arranged, cancellations may become impossible. Please contact us quickly for assistance.

↺ Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for fragrance products after order confirmation, except in cases of verified defects reported within 3 days of receipt.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order. Share clear photos and a short description. Verified issues receive a replacement at no extra delivery cost.
