How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 4 business days. Weekends and official holidays are not counted in the delivery timeline.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email (and/or WhatsApp if provided) so you can follow your delivery.
When will I get my order?
You can request cancellation before the order is prepared for shipment. Once shipping is arranged, cancellations may not be possible. Contact us quickly and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because fragrance is a personal product, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed. Exceptions are only made in cases of verified defects, which must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order. Share clear photos and a short description of the issue. If verified, we’ll arrange a replacement with no extra delivery cost.

ELDORA sources premium raw materials from trusted global fragrance suppliers. All materials follow IFRA standards to ensure safety and quality.
